The use of this website and/or our services constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions:
"Website" means all online content on Digital Book Publishers LLC website pages.
"Customer," "You," "Yours" means and refers to you and/or any other person submitting an order to Digital Book Publishers LLC on your behalf.
"Company," "We," "Our" means and refers to Digital Book Publishers LLC, a company registered under applicable law.
"Product or Services" means and refers to all services and products provided by Digital Book Publishers LLC to the customer in accordance with his or her order.
"Order" means an order via phone or email made by the customer to purchase services or products provided by Digital Book Publishers LLC. Orders may be confirmed by down payment via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer, as applicable.
Please read these Terms and Conditions, including the revision, refund, delivery, and correspondence policies below, before submitting any order or payment. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders in the sense of resale; satisfaction is addressed through revisions, refunds where applicable, and support as described herein.
Revisions depend on the package you select. Where your package includes unlimited free amendments, we will revise your design at no extra charge provided the overall design direction and concept remain the same. Standard revision turnaround is within 48 hours unless your order confirmation or project manager specifies otherwise.
In general, amounts deposited are not refundable once initial design concepts have been approved after delivery, or once you have requested changes to those initial concepts, unless Digital Book Publishers LLC cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance. There is no refund for change of mind once work has progressed as described below.
Refund eligibility is determined as follows:
All refund requests must be submitted to our support department. Digital Book Publishers LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis. A refund request should be supported by a legitimate reason assessed against the project brief and any revision feedback. If work does not match the agreed brief, we may offer further revisions rather than a refund, as appropriate.
Non-disparagement. You and Digital Book Publishers LLC agree not to disparage or criticize each other, or each other’s employees, associates, or partners, on public forums, blogs, social networks, or similar channels during or after the contract period. Either party agrees not to communicate in a way that harms the reputation of the other party or its personnel. In the event of a breach, the breaching party may be liable for reasonable compensation as damages, as determined in good faith by the non-breaching party, subject to applicable law.
Good faith. Money-back and refund terms assume the order is placed in good faith. If a client places the same design job with multiple agencies intending to claim refunds, that is not considered good faith and we reserve the right to decline a refund.
Design work requires your timely input. You are expected to remain active during the process and provide feedback so we can deliver the agreed results.
100% unique design (logos). If a logo we deliver is found to be substantially similar to an existing design, you may qualify for a new logo under this guarantee. Any incidental resemblance to existing work is not grounds for compensation; securing copyright or trademark protection for your final artwork remains your responsibility.
To have a refund request reviewed, please:
Effect of refund on rights. If a refund is approved and processed, rights to the applicable design may revert to Digital Book Publishers LLC and you may not use or display versions of that design as your own. We may record refunded deliverables internally to reduce the risk of unauthorized reuse of the same creative as “new” work for other clients.
Questions about this policy may be sent to info@digitalbookpublishersllc.com.
The My Account area (or equivalent client area) is the primary channel for questions, queries, concerns, and instructions for your project. You are responsible for checking it regularly. Failure to do so may affect your ability to obtain revisions or refunds. If you need help using My Account, contact customer support.
Our team is instructed to follow the specifications you provide in your order form. Designs are developed with appropriate research to support quality and originality.
We revise the agreed deliverables and continue revisions in line with your package until you are satisfied, subject to the scope of the package purchased.
Where a package includes them, domain and hosting may be provided at no additional charge as stated in that package. Email accounts included with a website package may be configured in third-party clients (for example, Outlook). If you choose not to host your site with us, email accounts tied to our hosting offer may not be provided.
Design order files are delivered to My Account (or as stated on your Order Confirmation). We also send email notice when delivery is posted to your account. Revision and refund time limits run from the date and time files are marked delivered in your account area unless your order confirmation says otherwise.
Many custom design orders are delivered by email within approximately 5 to 7 business days after the order is received, unless a different schedule is confirmed. Rush delivery (for example, first logo concepts within 24 hours) may be available for an additional fee (such as $100); contact support for current options and pricing.
We archive final deliverables after delivery. If you need final files resent, contact us and we can email them upon request, subject to reasonable availability.
We offer customer support to address questions and issues. Contact us by phone or email; we aim to respond promptly during stated business hours.
Digital Book Publishers LLC is only responsible for communications sent from email addresses on our official domain (for example, info@digitalbookpublishersllc.com) and from phone numbers published on this website. We are not responsible for instructions, payments, or claims made through unofficial email addresses, numbers, or channels.
We stand behind our work. If we cannot meet the commitments of your order and applicable policy, you may be eligible for a refund as described in the Refund Policy and How to Claim Your Refund sections above.
We create logos from scratch in line with your brief. Deliverables are intended to comply with the design brief you approve; uniqueness relative to third-party works is addressed under the refund policy’s unique-design terms.
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
